Company History
Proton began with a simple idea: what if a mechanical contracting service and construction company could be more than just a business? What if it could be a positive movement in the community that starts internally with every member of our team – a place where health and life balance is encouraged and where the outcome is a company culture that fosters growth, innovation, and genuine care for both employees and clients.
From this foundation, Proton set out to redefine what it means to be a mechanical contracting service provider. We strive not only to deliver exceptional technical expertise but also to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. By prioritizing health, safety, and work-life balance, we empower our team to bring their best selves to every project and every building, ensuring that our commitment to quality and integrity resonates in everything we do. The result is a trusted partner that values relationships as much as results—creating positive change with every project we undertake.
